Services
The machines an association owns.
Three kinds of work, each with the same structure: what we find, what happens at the visit, what moves the cost.
Chilled-water plants
Chillers, cooling towers and the pumps between them, with repair, overhaul and replacement scope for the board.

Trend logs for the reserve record
Alarms to the manager's phone
Service agreements
Scheduled visits, log review before each season and a plant checklist for hurricane season. Terms are written into the packet.
Visits set by plant, not by a menu
Priority for agreement buildings
Terms in writing before you sign
Replacement projects
When a machine has to go, the packet comes first.
A chiller or tower replacement is a vote, a shutdown plan and weeks of residents' notice. We write it as a packet with the outage dates, the crane or hoist plan and the elevator needs, so the board approves one document.
Hoisting and rigging plan
Temporary cooling, if the outage needs it
Permit and inspection steps

Ask for a sample packet.
We'll send the packet from a past plant, with names removed.
