About the firm
Boards decide in a monthly meeting, from a document, with a manager in the room. We built the firm around that.
Winifred Benoit started the firm to serve condominium and homeowner associations on the Gulf coast. Single-family homes and shops are for other firms. Our work is the machines a building owns together, and the paperwork a board needs to pay for them.

Team
Each of these four answers the phone. Twenty people work here, and the engineers and technicians are the rest.
Owner and president
Signs every scope and reads every packet before it leaves the office.
Chief plant engineer
Walks each plant first and writes the equipment record.
Service manager
Schedules work windows with the property manager and the elevator calendar.
Board liaison
Builds the packet and answers the board's questions before the meeting.
How we work
Property managers run the building every day. We copy them on everything and schedule through them.
Anything that needs a vote comes as a packet, sent early.
What we found on each machine goes in the equipment record, so the next engineer starts where we stopped.
