What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect your name, email, phone, the building or association, your role, and your message. If you text us a photo of a nameplate, it comes through your own messaging app and we receive it there.

How we use it

We use it to answer you, set a walkthrough and prepare a packet. We don't sell your details.

How long we keep it

We keep a job's records as long as the work, the permits and any follow-up visits need them, and other inquiries until we've replied and for a short time after.

Your choices

Ask us at the email address in the footer to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. The law may require us to keep some job records.
