Who replies?
The office, on the next business day. If the building is on our service agreement, the call goes to the on-call engineer.
What do you need from us?
The building's name, who the manager is and which machines you're asking about. Log sheets and past reports help, if you have them.
Will a salesperson call?
No. Tito or Njeri will call, to set a time for the walkthrough.
What does the first visit cost?
The packet for the visit sets the terms. We state them in writing before anyone comes out.
